Eightfold Eats is a specialty Artisan Bakery devoted to quality whole ingredients, Vegan, Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Baked & Unbaked goods to the public. The entire bakery is dedicated Gluten Free, as well as no white sugar or artificial ingredients.
Owner Mike Robinson is a Certified Chef and Baker with years of conventional experience. He is also an R.H.N. (Registered Holistic Nutritionist) and it’s these years of learning about health, the human body, allergies and great food that makes his offerings so rare and unique.
Mike has developed all the recipes himself. He has searched out the best and unique with quality, originality and nutrition in mind. Real flowers, herbs, spices, fruits, whole foods and macrobiotic ingredients are used. Mike also focuses on what he likes to call, “Real flavors”, which come from fresh whole foods. Therefore, seasonal, local items are used whenever possible.
People often feel that in order to have something healthy, they have to sacrifice quality and/or taste. Mike’s commitment to quality in his products is unwavering, inspiring and aligned with the energy behind his business: Nutrition with the right intention, combined with passion to help empower people to want to know what is in the food that they are eating.
