Rise Kombucha is the brainchild of David Cote and Mathieu Gallant, two young travellers who wanted to promote the art of living through healthy eating. During its first years of development, they met Simon Bertrand, now the president of Rise. Together, they created a team of talented businessmen, brewers and scientists to share their philosophies on social equity and global health, which would finally manifest themselves in an organic, fair-trade health drink: Rise Kombucha.
The intention behind Rise is to create a healthy and delicious alternative to the conventional pop drink. Why? Rise wanted to inspire individual and global responsibility, not abandon it... and what better way to do that than through the gut? After all, feeling good and looking great starts within.
