The Assembly is a combination of beans from the regions of Chiapas in Mexico and Mogiana in Brazil. Both origins have a long historical background of growing and harvesting coffees. Brazil accounts for 1/3 of world’s total coffee production. The mountain range of Sierra Madre in Mexico creates an optimal setting for growing specialty coffee due to the volcanic soil and climate. The Assembly was crafted with the fundamental notion of finding a roast that will satisfy palettes that crave both milk-based or water-based coffee. When these beans are concocted together, they bring about a creamy, chocolaty with the texture of velvety mouthfeel. This coffee can be enjoyed on its own or with a variation of other liquids.
