CRMR Kitchen offers the ability to recreate the Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts (CRMR) dining experience in your own home. Made in small batches by CRMR Chefs, the CRMR Kitchen line features all natural and locally made sauces, jams, condiments, pre-made meals, salsas, and glazes making it easier for home cooks to put a delicious and healthy meal together. All meats are hormone and antibiotic free and are sourced as locally as possible. The bison and elk come directly from CRMR’s own game ranch, Canadian Rocky Mountain Ranch, where they are raised on pasture all year. Canadian Rocky Mountain Resorts began when Pat & Connie O'Connor first purchased Emerald Lake Lodge in Yoho National Park in 1979. Since then, CRMR has been committed to providing quality culinary experiences throughout their three lodges in the Rockies - Buffalo Mountain Lodge, Deer Lodge and Emerald Lake Lodge - as well as in the city of Calgary at their four restaurants – Cilantro, Divino, The Lake House and The Loft.
