Phillip Adams
Phillip Adam, a native of Winnipeg, has been in the hairdressing business for nearly 50 years and one thing he has never forgotten is a comment his grandmother made almost as many years ago. She said "You can’t beat an apple cider vinegar rinse to add sparkle to the hair". As his career progressed, his wish to incorporate that advice into hair care products finally became a reality. In working with a cosmetics chemist, they were able to formulate a shampoo with apple cider vinegar as one of the principal cleansing agents. The final product performed without dulling natural or colour-treated hair. That shampoo has had tremendous success and public acceptance amongst women, men and families in general.
With the success of the shampoo, Phillip has gone on to produce a hair conditioner, body wash and body lotion all with the same attention to detail. All considered essential for daily family use, the products are infused with natural botanical extracts and essential oils, are biodegradable, and are free of any nasty irritants.
Phillip Adam Inc is still a family-run company. It’s based in Vancouver and run by Phillip with the help of his wife Judy and daughter Nicola.
