Our baking powder is created by combining baking soda and an acid (cream of tartar). It is a free-flowing, white or colourless powder used to help baked goods rise. This leavening agent is specially prepared for those on a wheat & corn-free diet, as all the ingredients used in this blend are acceptable under the Canadian Celiac Association guidelines.
