Kaslo Sourdough is a second generation family business located in the West Kootenays of British Columbia. The family started with years of bread baking, and developed a revolutionary sourdough pasta. Crafted from their exhaustive research into the natural fermentation process, Pasta Fermentata is a new culinary experience with exceptional flavour, superior texture and digestive properties.
