A wholegrain rye sourdough loaf, slowly fermented in the fridge for over 18 hours to provide a rich flavourful crumb and caramelized crust. Each slice provides a swirl of light and dark rye, great for sandwiches. Sourdough is naturally leavened bread, which means it does not use commercial yeast to rise. Only flour, water and salt. Never any sweeteners, fillers, preservatives, or commercial yeast. Our breads combine flour from several grains to provide the best flavour and texture.
