A wholegrain sourdough loaf filled with seeds and coated to provide a flavourful crust. Each of our loaves are slowly fermented in the fridge for over 18 hours to provide a rich flavourful crumb and caramelized crust. Perfect for breakfast toast or charcuterie boards. Sourdough is naturally leavened bread, which means it does not use commercial yeast to rise. Only flour, water and salt. Never any sweeteners, fillers, preservatives, or commercial yeast. Our breads combine flour from several grains to provide the best flavour and texture.
