They purge their milling system between the production of any different flours, but because they are unable to completely 100% flush their system, the Organic Whole Grain Buckwheat Flour may have up to 60ppm of gluten in the flour. While this is a minuscule amount, it is important for those with Celiac Disease to be aware of this.
