Like blueberry muffins straight from the oven, our Blueberry Protein Pancakes are bursting with flavour. We crafted our mix with whole grains, sweetened it with monk fruit concentrate, then packed in 23g of protein and 7g of fibre, per serving.
Makes 3 medium pancakes
1. Combine 2/3 cup of mix with 1/2 cup of water or milk.
2. Mix together.
5. Cook 1-2 minutes per side, on lightly oiled pan.
For waffles, cook on a medium-hot waffle maker for about 3-4 minutes.
