Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Pour entire flatbread mix into a bowl. Add 1 cup of water and stir.
Pour batter into 8W8 pan or a cookie sheet (for a thinner product), lined with parchment paper.
Let rest for 10 or more minutes. Score into 8 pieces.
Bake for 30 minutes or until it reaches desired crispness.
Remove from oven. Flip flatbread onto cooling rack.
Remove parchment paper to cool or put back into oven for a crispier product.
