A plantbased alternative for breakfast sauasge dishes
In a medium bowl, add 3/4 cup warm water to 10 oz. package and mix until all ingredients are moist.
Let sit for about 10 minutes, up to overnight, refrigerated.
Heat 1-2 tablespoons oil in a 10-inch skillet.
Add breafast sausge mix and cook over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently until browned and crumbled. This is great for breakfast sausages or omelets.
Or can make 6 patties about 1/3 cup each. Heat frying pan with oil. Put patties in hot pan and fry for about 6 minutes per side. Serve on toasted english muffins.
