A ground beef alternative for meatballs, pasta sauce, lasagne and more.
Add 3/4 cup warm water to 10 oz. mix.
Let sit for about 10 minutes, up to overnight, refrigerated.
Lightly grease hands and form balls (about 1oz). Alternatively, pour 1 tsp olive oil into a corner of a baggie.
Drop 1-1.5 T moistened mix into corner. Roll and twist, creating a ball.
Heat frying pan with oil.
Put balls in pan and cook until brown, or in air fryer, 350 degrees, 10 minutes.
Add your favourite pasta sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve with your favourite pasta
