Anita's Organics processes all their grains through traditional stone milling. Stone milling is a traditional method that is gentle and slow, creating creamy, flavourful, whole-grain flours. Combined with their continued investment in new technology, for better flour handling and minimal waste, they provide an efficient and reliable supply to their customers, plus a clean and dust-free workplace for their employees.
There are no preservatives or artificial flavorings added to Anita's organic grain products. They are 100% oganic, wholesome and natural.
