In the fall of 2019, after doing some research, they began experimenting with their 20 liter still in the hopes of finding botanical infusions that could be used for cocktails able to face off against those of the greatest bartenders, minus the alcohol. The culmination of 12 months of research and development has led to the creation of the Clever line of mocktails. The secret of Clever resides in the choice of herbs and spices for each of the unique infusions that make up each mocktail.
