When Eduardo (Lalo) immigrated to Vancouver with his family, they longed for the fresh treat that is so popular in the Latin America Paletas. These all natural, real fruit frozen bars could not be found in a Canadian grocery store. Lalo decided that the gap in the market needed to be filled. Using traditional Mexican family recipes, Rico ‘n Lalo All Natural Frozen Bars became a reality.

In 2014, two families from Edmonton heard about the opportunity to partner with Eduardo through a mutual friend. Being conscience food consumers, and now having children, they were excited about a treat that you could feel good about giving kids, and indulge in yourself! They became business partners with Eduardo to help bring their delicious Paletas to stores across Canada.
