Naturally lean due to the grass-finishing, these blade steaks are a flavorful addition to your healthy eating plan. Cut from the chuck section, these just ooze beefy flavor and they're so easy to cook! Quickly sear the steaks in a dutch oven or other oven safe pan while preheating your oven to around 300f. Once browned, remove the meat and toss in some aromatics: onions, leeks, carrots, celery… Whatever you think will be great! Saute for a bit and then deglaze with a bit of wine, beer, stock or whatever you have nearby. Put the meat back in the pot, pour some canned tomatoes over and toss the whole thing in the oven for 30 or so minutes. Variations are easy and they always turn out tasty!
