Divine Essence Lavender True (Provence-1200m) has an extremely pleasing scent and is tolerated well by most and is highly effective. It is used in aromatherapy for its relaxant properties to help relieve nervousness, irritability, and worry and to help with sleep.
Directions: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water/facial steam machine. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
