These cacao beans are grown organically, then naturally dried and fermented to release their intense chocolate flavour and aroma. The cacao nibs are then removed from the shells, then ground to create a rich, chocolaty powder. In addition to being delicious, cacao powder is also a superfood. It is a source of magnesium and a source of iron.
