It was in the 90's when Frances, the founder, went to Brazil and fell in love with a very traditional Brazilian recipe called Pão de Queijo. She came back to Vancouver with a bag full of ideas and created Quejos, which you now know as Quesava. From one small stand in Granville Island, to a bakery on Main Street, to our first retail stores, she helped pave the way for what the company is now.
We believe that what we eat becomes part of us - physically, emotionally and culturally. We are committed to making wholesome, ethically sourced food that is good for you, and DELICIOUS! So we said good-bye to additives, gluten, GMOs, preservatives, and complicated unpronounceable ingredients.
