Store unwashed and loosely covered, they can last up to 2 weeks. If freezing, make sure they are completely dry first and packaged in a single layer so they freeze solid.
Never soak blueberries as it removes their flavor.
Preparation Tip: Great in muffins, scones, and pancakes and desserts. Add them to green salads with nuts and cheese.
Because Blueberries are high in pectin, they also make for great jams.
