Grown in tight clusters, red seedless grapes are generally small to medium in size and oval in shape. Usually light-red to burgundy in colour with a pale, almost translucent flesh. Grapes are just bursting with sweetness and flavour. The most well known variety is the Thompson seedless grape, one of the first commcercialized seedless varities.
Grapes can be pretty versitile. Eat them fresh, toss them into a salad or wrap. Cook them down into jams, jellys or sauces. You could add them to a cocktail, or even dry them out and try making your own raisins. Pair them with your favourite soft cheese along with some prosciutto for an elegant charcuterie board.
Red seedless grapes are a great source of Vitamins A, C and K.
