Ralph's Greenhouses
Mount Vernon, WA
Ralph’s Greenhouse is a small family farm located in Northwest Washington State. The De Vries Family moved from the Netherlands in the 1950’s and settled in the Skagit Valley. 1980 Ralph retired from dairy farming and started a big garden. Ralph didn’t use herbicides, pesticides or artificial fertilizers because he said, “we didn’t use them in the old country.” The retirement garden grew into a thriving business and in 1988, Ralph’s son Ray stepped in to keep the family farm going.
Today Ralph’s Greenhouse continues to provide you with leeks, carrots, beets and other cold weather crops that grow so well in our wet, marine climate.
