The Mazafati Date is a plump and juicy medium-sized date with a non-drying skin that comes from the southern region of Iran. These large and juicy dates are roughly 2.5-4.5 cm (1-2 in), with a fairly high moisture content (usually between 32-35%).
Their soft and moist texture make them the perfect addition for baking or smoothies! These dates will still have a pit in them.
