Gathering Place Cardamom Pods are organically grown and hand harvested on a small-scale, family-owned farm in Honduras. This sweet and aromatic spice, with a pleasant hint of citrus, is versatile. It can be used in teas, baking, and cooking and adds a depth of flavour that heightens the culinary experience! We use Gathering Place Cardamom, with its distinctive flavour, in our Chai Spice blend, as well as our Apple Spice and our Garam Masala.
