Eve is a big fan of snacking. But then again, who isn't? Unfortunately, most snacks are laden with processed ingredients you can't even pronounce. Full disclaimer: Eve has found herself elbow deep into a bag of processed, unhealthy food more than once. Guilty as charged.
She craved a snack food that packed crunch and flavour, but didn't leave her feeling overstuffed and undernourished.
Eve began crafting different recipes using only wholesome ingredients and voila, the first flavour of Eve’s Crackers was born, right in her cozy kitchen in wonderful Whistler, B.C.
If you find yourself digging into the bottom of a bag of Eve’s Crackers, don't fret. You'll be nourishing your body with protein, fiber and good fats. And most importantly, you'll be hushing up that pesky voice saying you need something to snack on and you need it right now.
