Catherine’s is a small family owned company that began in 1982 as a bakery and preserve shop on Brooke Ave. in Toronto.
The company’s preserves have been sold in specialty and grocery stores for over 30 years. The mother-daughter team are known for their exceptional Antipasto’s and Red Pepper Jelly. Great care is taken in producing three generations of family recipes. Using local Ontario sourced produce whenever possible , each kettle of preserves is handmade from recipes of Catherine’s, her mothers, or grandmothers.
