A few years ago, we started with a simple question. What’s new in butter? All we saw was the same salted and unsalted sticks and tubs of butter that we’d seen for years.
We realized that the butter in the grocery store didn’t always reflect the butter that we were cooking with at home and devouring in restaurants. Where was the seasoning? Where was the cooking? It was up to us to create an entirely new occasion for butter: offering flavors perfectly portioned and seasoned for cooking.
