Hand pollinated and hand harvested, Gathering Place Vanilla Beans are fresh, fragrant, and rich in flavour. The vanilla is grown up the trunks of coconut trees at our Madagascar Farmers' Cooperative. Use the whole bean to create vanilla sugar or homemade vanilla extract or split the bean and scrape out the interior to use in ice cream or icings for gourmet flavour!
