Smart Solutions' Iron Smart Liquid is ideal for individuals looking to avoid iron-deficiency anemia.

Iron Smart is a gentle, low dose, form of iron that does not produce unwanted side effects of stomach upset or nausea. It is suitable for vegans, vegetarians and is gluten-free.

Directions:
Take with food a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening.

Children (4-13): 1 tsp. daily.
Adolescents (14-17): 2 tsps. daily.
Adult women over 18 years: 2 tsps. daily.
Adult women over 51 years: 1 tsp. daily.
Breastfeeding women: 1 tsp. daily.
Pregnancy: 3 tsps. daily.

Cautions:
Keep out of reach of children, there is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child.
Taking a daily prenatal multi-vitamin and mineral supplement that contains iron along with this product may result in constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting due to high iron intake.
