In general, grapes are smooth-skinned and juicy; seeded or seedless; divided into color categories of white (ranging from pale yellow-green to light green) or black (ranging from light red to purple-black). Culinary Compatibility: Grapes go well with goat cheese and make a great addition to phyllo pastry triangles. They also go well with pate. At Thanksgiving, consider adding them to poultry stuffing.
