As for the meaning...well there's actually two, but the shortest answer is that KIJU is short for Kids Juice. Plus kids think it's fun to say and easy to remember! Now for the longer answer. In oriental thought, "ki" is the essence of life -- it's the connection of nature, man, and the cosmos.
