Organic Meadow Dairy
Organic Meadow products are produced by OntarBio, a cooperative of grain and dairy farmers in Ontario. The close-knit group of OntarBio farmers meets regularly to discuss ways to improve farm practices and to address the challenges in producing both healthy and full flavored food. Joe, one of the farmers in the group also designed the artwork for the Organic Meadow products. Joe's cow Esther is the inspiration for the cow featured in the OMD logo.

The OntarBio cooperative of farmers knows that the way they care for their land and animals determines the quality and the taste of their end products. OMD dairy products have no chemical additives, no added hormones and a delicious flavor that comes from animals with low stress, certified organic hay and plenty of outdoor time to graze. Crops, for both human and animal consumption, are grown without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers. OMD farmers understand that healthy food depends on healthy soil, fresh water and clean air.

OntarBio is certified by the Organic Crop Improvement Association (OCIA) and grows a diversity of crops as well as raising cows. OCIA standards restrict the use of antibiotics and prohibit the use of milk increasing hormones. OCIA also prohibits the use of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs).
