A savoury 'beefless' filling made from lion's mane mushroom, portobello mushroom, and shiitake mushroom. The base of this filling is courtesy of big mountain foods (another BC plant-based company!), which we then spice and flavour to perfection.
Other premium ingredients include 00 flour imported from Italy, which makes for optimal, restaurant-quality texture, and extra virgin olive oil. Not only are our raviolis innovative, they are a great source of plant-based protein, sitting at 13g per serving (higher than their dairy-based counterparts). Not to mention, no cholesterol! This flavour does not contain any soy or tree nuts.
