Organic Udos Oil 3-6-9 Blend + DHA

Udo’s Oil™ DHA 3•6•9 Blend is a version of the original 3•6•9 Blend that adds in vegetarian, algae-sourced DHA, an important omega-3 fatty acid. Vegetarians and vegans are often challenged in finding adequate sources of omega-3, including DHA, in their diet and Udo’s Oil™ DHA 3•6•9 Blend provides a rich, organic, cold-pressed source of these important fatty acids. Contains 100 mg of plant-based unrefined DHA per 15 ml/tbsp. 

Directions: Consume one tablespoon 1–3 times daily with meals. Consider drizzling two tablespoons of Udo’s Oil™ on any meal. A great addition to oatmeal, smoothies, yogurt and salad dressing.
