Pure Potent Wow Cold & Flu Essential Oil Blend may be used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and flu. Recommended Dose and Use:
Adults: 2 - 10 Drop(s); 1 - 3 time(s) per day.
Direct Inhalation: Apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally. Use up to 3 times per day.
Bath: Add 2 to 8 drops of undiluted essential oil blend to the same amount of liquid soap before adding it to the bath. Mix water gently. For maximum benefit, remain in the bath for 10 minutes; use once daily. Local application: Mix 2 to 10 drops into 10 ml of a carrier; apply to chest, throat, and soles of feet; use up to 3 times per day.
Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops in a burner or diffuser full of hot water.
