Harmonic Art's Reishi Concentrated Mushroom Powder A highly concentrated powdered extract made from organic Reishi Mushroom. The benefits of Reishi (Ling-zhi) have been studied in China for over 2000 years. The 'Mushroom of Spiritual Potency' is traditionally used to promote longevity and vitality.
Grown on aged Duanwood logs, in the Nine Dragon Mountains where Reishi is natively found. This traditional growing method produces the widest variety of active compounds.
Directions:
¼ tsp (1g) 1-4 times per day
To avoid stomach upset, take with food/meal. Can be added to a hot beverage, smoothie, or oatmeal. Can also be used in soups, stocks and salad dressings.
