Bring large pot of water to boil. When your water hits a full boil, add salt. At the same time melt butter and olive oil on medium-high (a heavy pan such as a cast-iron skillet is perfect). Don’t let it smoke and if it starts to, simply remove from heat. The gnocchi will float when it is finished cooking (it’s very quick 1-2 minutes). Using a slotted spoon transfer the gnocchi in to the skillet and sauté until outside is brown and crispy. Add your favourite sauce.

Canmore Pasta Co
Canmore, AB
Adam and Todd acquired this artisan pasta shop in 2019 with a desire to run a small business and share their love of good quality food with their community. Although their brand has grown a lot over the past couple years, it has stayed true to its original vision. When it comes to sustainability, Adam says that supporting local is very important to them. From using local ingredients, to supporting local initiatives and hiring students in the neighbourhood, Canmore Pasta Co. continues to define what it means for a business to serve the community it works in.
