Our organic extra virgin olive oil balanced has a delicate aroma of tomato stalk and a velvety taste of ripe olives. Its bitterness is marked, but its pungency is moderate; hence its name "balanced". It can be used during so many steps of meal preparation and is at its full potential when used as a finishing touch. Without GMOs, our olive oil is naturally rich in monounsaturated fatty acids omega-9, well-known in the Mediterranean diet. It contains polyphenols, which are natural antioxidants. Did you know?
