Wild Rice

Unlike most grains, Untamed Feast Northern Wild Rice grows naturally. It is not planted or paddy grown, nor has it been hybridized to produce a high yield. It is harvested exclusively from the lakes and rivers of the Canadian Boreal forests where long summer days give rise to a premium grain that is broader, longer, and richer in hue that other wild rice. It has a deep nutty flavour that requires little enhancement.
