The Mini Kitchen journey started in October, 2012 in the home kitchen of Damini and Renu Mohan in Edmonton, Alberta. As a Mother-Daughter duo, their vision was to provide their customers with traditional Indian and fusion cuisine, cooked exactly the way they would cook at home for their family and friends. They pride themselves in providing products that are high in quality and nutrition.

In early 2018, frustrated with boring old salsa, Connor started making delicious, flavour packed Salsas. We wanted to keep our product as local as possible so we started pairing with local growers and farmers across Alberta and BC to source premium produce to make our salsas. There are just fresh fruits and vegetables in our Salsas. There is no oil, no MSG, no added sugar and no preservatives. Just real goodness!
