They are produced entirely by hand – each torta with its own distinctive hand-patted shape. Tortas de aceite have been made for over 100 years in the Seville region of Andalucia. The traditional sugared tortas are flavored with a touch of anise, while the savory option is ideal for serving with dips and spreads.
