This process, combined with the selection of premium ingredients, gives their baked goods a unique taste, flavour and texture. Portofino Bakery breads are hand made and baked fresh daily. These baked goods have a distinctive European taste, not found in most Canadian bakeries. Portofino Bakery takes pride in using no artificial flavours, preservatives or colours in any of their baked goods and the majority of them are fat-free. Their breads have a great shelf life and freeze beautifully.
