We discovered that La Baguette made hot dog buns serendipitously: We were at an event put on by Beerbrats and we asked where he was getting these hot dog buns. He'd apparently tried quite a few before deciding on these and we believe him: They're fluffy, but slightly chewy. Put them on a grill and they get the perfect, slight crunch without losing their softness. This is the real deal, folks. Your hot dogs and bratwursts deserve these buns.
