Like apple pie straight from the oven. Our Apple Cinnamon Pancakes are crafted with dried apple chunks and whole grains. Sweetened with monk fruit concentrate and packed with 23g of protein and 7g of fibre, per serving.
Makes 3 medium pancakes
1. Combine 2/3 cup of mix with = cup of water or milk.
2. Mix together.
3. Cook 1-2 minutes per side, on lightly oiled pan.
For waffles, cook on a medium-hot waffle maker for about 3-4 minutes.
