In a medium bowl, add 3/4 cup warm water to 10 oz. package and mix until all ingredients are moist.
Let sit for about 10 minutes, up to overnight, refrigerated.
Heat 1-2 tablespoons oil in a 10-inch skillet.
Add moist taco mix and cook over medium-high heat for 7-10 minutes, stirring frequently until browned and crumbled.
Serve with your favourite salsa and condiments in warmed taco shells or tortillas.
