Grass-Fed, Artisan, 100% Natural Cow and Goat Dairy Products
The Farm House's cheese and dairy products are produced on their farm using all their own own grass-fed milk. Their animals are grazed in season (approximately 220 days/year) and are otherwise fed a combination of hay, alfalfa, and grain where required. They do not use any chemicals, pesticides, or herbicides in their farming practices. Their happy heard of cows consist of Jersey, Guernsey, and Brown Swiss breeds. These breeds are known for having the A2 protein milk; although their cows have not been individually tested. Their goat family includes a variety of unique breeds such as: Alpine, La Mancha, Nubian, and Saanen.
