Fairwinds Farm of Southern Alberta strives to give their goats top quality care in providing them with plenty of grazing pastures during the spring, summer and early part of the fall. They raise their goats free of growth hormones. They feed the best quality hay and mixture of oats, barley, corn and ground flax seeds, which provides a natural source of omega 3 essential oils, along with a free choice of all natural mineral mix.

Did you know Goat Millk contains more Calcium, Vitamin B-6, Vitamin A, potassium, niacin, and copper than cow's milk? Goat milk is also lower than cow's milk in cholesterol and contains slightly less lactose.

Dr. Carl Wilson of California made a careful study of Goat Milk and developed a set of reasons why Goat Milk is a naturally superior food: Goat Milk has far better emulsion than cow's milk. The fat globules are 1/5 the size of those in cow's milk. The reaction of goat milk is alkaline, the same as mother's milk. Cow's milk produces an acid reaction.
