Anyone who manages life around food allergies, remembers that very specific day when being able to “grab and go” became a luxury. It is this, more than anything, that I have found people miss the most when managing food allergies. More than feeling the loss of a specific food, we miss the ability to live with ease. We miss the freedom to buy food with little thought, planning and stress. So at FreeYumm, we are dedicated to bringing the fun back to food.
It is important to note that FreeYumm was not created for my child. And it was not created for your child. FreeYumm was created for all of our families, all of our friends and all of our communities. By eliminating the priority food allergens, FreeYumm has chosen to make food that is potentially accessible to over 99% of the population.
So the answer to why we created FreeYumm Foods? We want friends, family and communities to share food again… to enjoy this most simple human pleasure. Together. So go ahead and Share the Yumm!
